Meet Our Certified Coach
Hello! I am your certified child sleep coach, Vanessa Kao. I grew up in Taiwan, and now lives in the United States. With a strong understanding of the two cultures, I approach different lifestyles and parenting styles with a broad, inclusive, and receptive perspective. In Taiwan, I studied in both English literature and music, completed an education program, and obtained a teaching certificate. I have a thorough understanding of educational psychology and parent-child education. In the United States, I earned a master's degree in music education and obtained several major international certifications in music education methods. I also opened and owned a music studio for more than a decade. However, the greatest transformation in my life was becoming a mother! My daughter's good sleep habit is a vital component to me being able to navigate between family and work with ease and confidence. In addition to family and work, in recent years, I have also been moving towards a radiant mind and body, learning children's yoga, and reflecting on my own mind in various ways. I look forward to bringing child sleep health into your family, allowing you to experience wellness in your life!

Our holistic sleep philosophy focuses on providing guidance on two major areas for children aged 4 months to 4 years:
The first area is a sleep schedule adjustment. Based on your family routine, we create a schedule that is more natural for each baby so they can fall asleep easier and sleep better.
The second area, self-sleeping, is a powerful tool that some parents might not have considered. However, it allows babies to enter dreamland on their own more easily, rather than relying on external methods such as carrying or rocking to fall asleep.
When a baby sleeps well, they can fly steadily and explore this beautiful world with confidence!
